Bookmarks are on their way to be signed!
over 3 years ago – Wed, Jul 12, 2023 at 09:24:04 AM

Hi All!

We wanted to post a quick update to let y'all know that we have gotten the bookmarks from our supplier and have sent them off to Travis for signing. We made sure to take a picture of them for everyone before they got packed up. Take a look!

Once we get those back from him we can start fulfilling the vast majority of pledges.

That said, for those of you who didn't have a bookmark in your order, we have started shipping out your rewards now! So, if that applies to you, keep an eye on your mailbox!

Pins have arrived! Time to get the fulfillment process started!
over 3 years ago – Tue, Jun 27, 2023 at 06:51:47 AM

Howdy, all!

The pins have arrived, and we couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out! As we mentioned in our previous update, the last piece of this is getting the bookmarks from our printer, then sending them over to Travis for signing.

In the meantime, we will start the process of locking orders and addresses down so we can begin fulfillment as soon as possible! Here's what you can expect over the next couple of weeks:

• Today, you will get an email from Backerkit, indicating that you have 48 hours to finalize your orders. If you want to grab any other Wraithmarked swag, now is the time!
• Once those 48 hours are up, we will process charges for any additional purchases.
• On Monday, July 3rd, you will get another email from Backerkit, prompting you to double-check your addresses and make any needed changes. 48 hours after that, all addresses will lock in preparation for shipping.

With that process completed, we will start shipping orders that DO NOT include one of the Legends & Lattes deluxe bookmarks. From there, the remaining orders will go out once we get the signed bookmarks back from Travis. We'll, of course, update you here as that final step plays out.

As a quick reminder! Just like when we sent surveys out, emails coming from Backerkit may not show up if you are using an Apple ID email address. They look something like this: "[email protected]". Many of you already fixed that, but in the interest of being thorough, we wanted to mention it again.

As always, regardless of your email address, if you can't find any of these messages, please send us a message here on Kickstarter or send an email to '[email protected]' and we'll be happy to assist you!

Apart from fulfillment, we also wanted to take a moment to share our newest project! Daniel B. Greene's Neon Ghosts: A Witch's Sin launches on Kickstarter today in gorgeous hardcover and paperback! For those of you that love pins, we even have a couple of incredibly cute chibi pins of the book's protagonist, Taya, available as an add-on! Take a look at what we have planned:

Pins are done and on their way to us!
over 3 years ago – Thu, Jun 15, 2023 at 12:06:39 PM

Howdy everyone!

Got some exciting news to share with you all today! We've just gotten word that the Legends & Lattes Pins are done and will be headed our way shortly! As a bonus, our manufacturer sent us a few pics before they get packed up, take a look!

The last piece of this puzzle is the bookmarks. We expect to get those from the printer in the next couple of weeks, then they're off to Travis for signing.

Almost there folks!

Progress Report! All things are progressing smoothly!
over 3 years ago – Tue, May 30, 2023 at 05:48:34 AM

Hey all!

In the last couple of weeks, we've been hard at work making sure our manufacturing partners have what they need from us! And we're very happy to be able to share that things are moving on schedule!

Bookmarks

The bookmark design was finalized and approved before we sent surveys out, and the order is now in queue with the printer.  Once we get them in hand, we'll share some pictures before shipping them out to Travis to get signed!

Pins

The pin designs were also finalized and approved before sending out surveys. They are currently in production now. Given the size and complexity of the order though (Backing cards, multiple pins, serialization, etc.), it may still be a few weeks before they get shipped out our way.

Stickers

The stickers that y'all unlocked as part of the campaign stretch goals were similar to the design mock-up of the pin pack. We had to make some slight adjustments but sent those off to get printed as well. And we got those in already, so we have a picture to share!

Keep an eye out for future updates as the rest of the Legends & Lattes goodies start coming in!

Surveys Are Going Out
over 3 years ago – Mon, May 15, 2023 at 08:15:28 AM

Hi All!

Quick update this morning! The smoke test went smoothly at the end of last week and over the weekend, so the rest of the surveys are on their way out! Keep an eye on your inboxes!

Just to reiterate a couple of the tips from our last update, if you don't see your invite email show up by the end of the day today, please take a look at the following:

• Spam Folder: Survey emails can occasionally find their way to your spam folder. Once we announce that all surveys have gone out, if you don't see anything come through from Backerkit check your spam folder first.
• Apple ID Email Addresses: If the email address tied to your Kickstarter account is a secure Apple ID address, the survey email may be blocked entirely. The email addresses look something like this:  "[email protected]".  Again, once all surveys go out, if you're not seeing the email from Backerkit, check to see if your email looks like one of these. If it does, we recommend that you first change that email in Kickstarter so you avoid any future issues. Once you have done that send us a message here or send an email to [email protected] to let us know what your updated email address is.
